Vossen At SEMA
As we get together the photos from SEMA 2012, we decided to share Vossen’s 3 part video series of their booth at the show. Well if you dont know what SEMA is about, it is an annual event that brings together all the aftermarket automotive tuners and products. Vossen is one of the biggest names in the industry and captured the moment featuring the Ferrari 458 Italia and matte black C63 AMG Mercedes-Benz.

Modern Warfare: VF Supercharged E92 M3 vs Hennessy Cadillac CTS-V
As automotive enthusiast, we love seeing some of our favorite rides tweaked to perform in ways we can’t imagine. And as technology becomes more resourceful, aftermarket tuners are having their way with creating custom rides. Well it seems that the folks at Full Power magazine have decided to pit an E92 M3 against a Cadillac CTS-V. These two cars have been international rivals for some time. The CTS-V was, for the longest, the only high performance car coming from GM without having to opt-out for a Corvette. The M3…well it’s an M badged 3 series, pray.
The video is French based, CV is almost equal to horsepower. 1 cv = .986 horses. The exact numbers have not been given on each car, but on paper it says they are closely matched. You’ll just have to watch and enjoy the video of these two titans going at it.

For now, you can enjoy this years epic drag race of the nine contenders.
Take It For A Spin: Porsche Panamera GTS
Just happened to be on YouTube, watching videos of one of the cars I love beyond measures; the Porsche Panamera. A lot of cool videos out there but this one was just enticing from start to finish, showcasing how well the Panamera performs. Hopefully putting to rest people’s doubts on whether the Panamera is a true Porsche sports car.
Euro Collection: R8, Veyron, GT3 RS, DB9, Gallardo
5 of some of the finest cars coming from the Euro region. Each car playing its role exceptionally well. Almost a difficult choice chooing which I’ll take (without looking at the $2million price of the Bugatti).
McLaren 12C Spider
Definitely becoming one of my favorite supercars. I typically would turn away from drop-tops, but watching the video below, my interest in the 12c has only grown.
APR Audi R8
APR’s upgraded ECU system gives the R8 v10 an instant increase of 59 horses and 53 lb-ft of torque.

Steven Tyler Get His Hennessy Venom GT Spyder
Aerosmith’s front man, Steven Tyler just got his hands on a badass set of wheels; a Hennessy Venom GT. But Tyler’s is the first to have the Spyder variant of the Hennessy supercar, after placing an order to be topless. The Hennessy utilizes a twin-turbocharged Chevy LS V8 producing 1244 horsepower & 1135 lb-ft of torque. There is slightly more power in the Spyder than the coupe to make up for the added weight in creating the Spyder. A cool $1.1 million was coughed up to get Tyler into his sick new ride.
LFA vs McLaren vs Aventador vs Bugatti
Motor Trends pits the Lexus LFA, McLaren MP4-12C, Lamborghini Aventador & Bugatti in an elimination match to see who comes out on top…spoiler alert, we already know who’s going to win.
Welcome To The Dark Side
The C63 Black Series Benz is one of the most wanted car on the planet. The 510 horsepower, supped up C-Class sits on the top half of every drivers list of must haves. After the utter amusement, the video below does nothing but makes life strikingly depressing when we realize that isn’t us in the driver seat.
Taming Godzilla At The GT-R Racing School
Being invited to drive an automaker’s new toy is an invitation very few people would decline. So when Nissan holds its GT-R racing school at the iconic Laguna Seca racetrack, you show up before they even finish telling you you’re invited.
“And This One Is For You”
Auto makers like Audi, Mercedes, and Ferrari created these video’s as a “Thank You” to their fans that have shown their loyalty through the likes of social media. Watch as Audi’s R8 V10, AMG’s C63 Benz, and Ferrari’s 458 Italia burn rubber for the pure amusement of their faithful fans.
When Do You Not Want To Be In A Ferrari?
When you’re going against one of the rarest and fastest car on the planet, Koenigsegg Agera R. Watch the video and it’s almost like the Ferrari is standing still while the Agera just sprints away from the 458.
Camaro ZL1 vs Nissan GT-R
Simply because the Camaro is this Car of the week and the GT-R was the 1st. Other than that, there should never have been a comparison between these two cars. This is a nicely done performance car vs one of the worlds most feared supercars. I’m thinking this was done simply out of boredom…Enjoy
2012 Camaro ZL1: Is The Myth Worth The Wait?
Watch as Carlos Lago of Motor Trends Ignition youtube channel test the Camaro ZL1 on an open race track to see if its truly as powerful as its hyped up to be.
COTW Showdown: Mercedes Benz CLS 63 AMG vs BMW F10 M5
This is something I figured would be interesting. A match of BC’s car of the week. This is last weeks COTW, BMW F10 M5, going up against this weeks CLS 63 AMG Benz. Personally, I find this to be an odd match up because these two aren’t built to out compete each other. But I guess the M5 is the only car in BMW’s line-up to go up against the CLS 63 Benz…at least until the BMW M6 Gran Coupe makes it’s debut.
Experience The Power of M
Normally it’s one video or feed per day for the Car of the Week, but since these ones are short and amazing, I’ve dish out three captivating videos. Here are a few from BMW for the new F10 M5. One shows where the site’s banner came from, can you find out which one?
Euro Showdown: M5 vs E63 AMG vs XFR vs Panamera S
Despite what the performance sheet may say about the numbers these cars produce, I truly believe the Porsche Panamera should not have been in this race. Remember, it’s a full-size “sedan”, its suppose to go up against the likes of full-size rivals; S-Class Benz & 7-Series Beamer. Not duke it out with midsize super saloons. Something more appropriate would be an Audi RS6. But enough of my chatter, because the Panamera S (not even the Panamera Turbo) still proved the big guys can move.
Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca vs Camaro ZL1
The two most dominant American muscle cars, locked in an eternal rivalry.
What Once Was Impossible: Quest For 200 mph
It hasn’t been that long since this video was done. In fact, the SLS AMG Gulling Benz was just making it’s debut. The cars tested here; Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari 599 GTB, our car of the week Bentley Continental Supersports, & Mercedes-Benz SLR. These are serious high performance cars, but since this video, there have been a slew of higher performing super/hyper cars produced to take on the task of reaching 200 mph.
If up to me, who would I put in the next video? Well, I don’t know, maybe the likes of the Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Aventador, maybe a Pagani Huayra, Aston Martin One-77, and perhaps replace the SLR in this video with a SLR 777 for if anything, aesthetic purposes. But we’ll just have to settle with this video until our dreams are bought to reality.
Top Gear BBC: Bentley Continental Supersports
A lot of you have probably already watched this, but whether you have or haven’t it’s possibly one of the best Supersports coverage on the internet.

Bentley Continental Supersports Testing
Now to answer the one question you may have, that is a roll cage used simply for the testing of the Bentley on the ice path. It does not come with the car.
The Perfect Week: Nissan GT-R

But as enthusiast, we look for that opportunity where our hard work pays off. when we can finally just get behind the wheels, turn our engines on, rev our babies and just cause mayhem. McLaren Arrives in North America
As McLaren has officially launched for sale in the North American market, the following video is released to commemorate the event.
Obama Loves American Muscle
As the Washington D.C. auto show took place, President Obama decided to make a visit. Truly impressed with the American muscle & sports cars. Though he checked out many new models and the likes of the controversial most iconic American sports car, Chevy Corvette(photo above), it seemed like the new Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Super Snake; or simply Shelby GT500; is what really grabbed his attention by stating, “This is sick”.
Audi 2012 Superbowl Ad Leaked
Set to debut during the 2012 New York Giants vs New England Patriots Superbowl match, the new Audi S7 commercial feeds of the growing “love” of vampires with some clear hints to Twilight. Without giving it all away, I’ll just let you watch the video for yourself.
Lexus IS-F Meet Pylons
Not so much of a joy ride. If you’re anything like me, then you’ll probably feel your heart skip a beat as you watch a 2012 Lexus IS-F get into an “accident” with concrete pylons. The car sounds literally like a toy as it realizes that those pylons aren’t moving. The saddest part of this incident is that this is a purpose built IS-F Circuit Club Sport Racer that is scheduled to race on May 20th. It’s safe to assume the driver will never hear the end of it.
At the 2012 Qatar Motor show, Bugatti has revealed an exclusive edition Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport. The yellow and black Veyron is said to represent Ettore Bugatti’s favorite colors and will only be available in the middle eastern area. The exclusive paint raises the price tag to $2.05 million.
It’s also said that Bugatti has ended the production of the Veyron, including the Grand Sport models. Though 105 of the 150 made are still available at $1.8 million a piece.
Joy Ride: Nissan GT-R vs Bugatti Veyron
Somehow, the two biggest rivals in the supercar class, Nissan GT-R and Bugatti Veyron are pit against each other through the streets of Moscow. First, stock GT-R runs several laps with the multi-million dollar Bugatti, but falls short; though @ 0:52, the Bugatti make’s a jump start. Then enters what could be an AMS package White GT-R and shows the true might of Nissan’s halo car. But we’ll just wait until the 2013 models are out. With Nissan’s 0-60 in 2.7secs & Bugatti’s 2.8secs, this will be a showdown for the ages.
Subaru BRZ GT300 Racer [Video]
While the standard production model will be packing a 200 horsepower producing boxer engine, the GT300 will be coming with, well…300 horses. Being that this track car will be competing in the Super GT-Series, it is limited to 300 horses.
And here, we are blessed with the opportunity to see the GT300 work the track in all it’s might. Set the video to full screen, turn the volume up and enjoy the high pitch revving of this performance car.
Photo Find: Matte Black Lamborghini Aventador
While the auto world was focused on the SEMA auto show in Vegas, the much smaller, Seattle auto show had a few exclusive of it’s own. Like a rare Matte Black edition of Lamborghini’s latest supercar. The Aventador graced it’s spectators in a very, simple yet flamboyant fashion.

Nissan GT-R aka The Bugatti Killer
No, there’s no typo, and this isn’t some kind of joke, you read the title correctly. You probably wasn’t expecting to hear that there is a Bugatti killer or that the killer might be a production brand known as…Nissan. But can you really be surprised? Voted best luxury sports car, the Nissan GT-R is probably the best engineered vehicle of our time for multiple reasons (a blog for another day). Having destroyed the Bentley Super Coupe, slaughtered the Ford Mustang GT Super Snake, gave the Porsche 911 Turbo a proper burial, and reeked havoc on tracks from LA to Japan and back to Germany. Don’t let the Nissan badge on this supercar raise doubts with you.
However, a stock Nissan GT-R is not fully capable of easily beheading the nearly $2 million titan Bugatti Veyron. In fact the Bugatti and the GT-R are bitter rivals, neither taking a lead on the scoreboard. But with a Alpha 9 package, provided by AMS Performance, the GT-R can probably come out victorious. According to Motor Trend, the Alpha 9 package GT-R has the quickest acceleration speed. Faster than the Bugatti all the way to 130mph. Corvette who? Porsche what?
Quicker Acceleration Than The Bugatti Veyron
When you lean into the throttle of the Alpha 9, a smooth burst of speed plants you firmly in your seat and pulls strong throughout the entire rev-range. No added turbo lag and no drama, just pure exhilaration unlike anything you have felt before. So quick, it out-accelerates the $1.5 million, 1000hp Bugatti Veyron all the way to 130+ mph on regular 93 octane pump gas! Motortrend magazine said the AMS Alpha 9 GT-R was the quickest car they have ever tested!
Overall, the Alpha 9 still has some overcoming to do to fully behead the Bugatti…But the Alpha 10 could probably do it with no remorse.
The Alpha 9 performance kit is roughly $24,000. Adding to the $90,000 GT-R price tag for a total of about $130,000 (labor included) is nothing compared to a $400K Lexus or Lamborghini, or a $1.7 million Veyron for that matter. Now there is a Alpha 10 kit available as well, so it’s probably safe to say, that Nissan’s, yes Nissan’s GT-R Alpha packages are Bugatti Veyron killers.
$130K for the world’s best engineered & fastest aftermarket supercar?…Where do I sign?
